Tasty Baguette Bruschetta

This is a delightful bruschetta recipe prepared with a french baguette. To make this recipe you will need the following ingredients,

 

Ingredients:

1. A roll of french baguette.

2. Three medium sized tomatoes  (seeded and chopped).

3. 230 grams of mozarella cheese (sliced).

4. A clove of garlic (chopped)

5. One teaspoon of dried basil

6. Salt and pepper to taste

 

Preparation:

1. Take a bowl that is convenient for mixing and combine all of the ingredients together in the bowl (except the baguette).

2. Power on the oven and preheat it to about 375 degrees Farenheit. Since this bruschetta recipe serves about twelve people, you can cut the roll of baguette into twelve equal slices, preferably diagonally.

3. Take the baguette slices and place them on a baking sheet, (single layered sheet is preferred but an insulated one will also do fine). Place the baking sheet in the oven and let the baguette slices toast until they turn golden brown in color. You can now reduce the temperature to 250 degrees Farenheit.

4. Now take the mixing bowl containing the mixture of ingredients and spoon out equal portions onto the bread. Place the slices of mozarella cheese over the mixture.

5. The baking sheet can now be put back in the oven for about two minutes or until the mozarella cheese starts to melt over the tomato mixture. Finally, take out the pan and your bruschetta baguette iis ready to eat. Enjoy!

 

This is a simple and delicious bruschetta recipe and is very easy to make.
