This bruschetta recipe is an excellent treat and is made with sourdough bread and three different cheeses. To prepare this bruschetta you will need these ingredients,

Ingredients:

6 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil.

Two cloves of fresh garlic, diced well.

A pound (loaf) of fresh sourdough bread cut into broad slices.

9 teaspoons of basil leaves, chopped finely.

Half a pound of fresh or processed mozarella cheese, shredded well.

Half a pound of soft cream cheese. ( ricotta cream cheese is  preferable but any other type will also do fine ).

Four medium sized tomatoes.

A quarter pound of crumbled herb and garlic feta cheese.

Recipe Preparation:

1. You first need to take the extra virgin olive oil and heat it in a deep sauce pan under medium flame. Then, add in the diced tomatoes,  basil leaves, and chopped garlic. Stir the mixture and let it cook for about 4 to 6 minutes or until it is a bit tender.

2. Now take a small dish (or) bowl and mix the cream cheese with the crumbled feta cheese. Leave it aside. Power on the oven and heat it to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the slices of sourdough bread in the oven and take them out once they are lightly toasted.

3. Now spread the mixture of garlic feta and cream cheese over the toasted slices and top it up with the mixture in the saucepan. Finally sprinkle the shredded mozarella cheese on top of the slices.

Your Bruschetta is now ready. Enjoy!
