Avocado Bruschetta Recipe

Avocado Bruschetta

Here is a sumptuous bruschetta spiced up with some delightful avocados, shallots and mushrooms. To prepare this bruschetta recipe you will need these ingredients,

Ingredients:

1. A roll of french baguette.

2. Extra virgin olive oil.

3. American style bacon.

4. Italian shallots (browmish red skinned ones).

5. Mushrooms (preferable crimini mushrooms).

6. Microgreens.

 

Preparation:

1. First chop the crimini mushrooms and italian style shallots finely. Then take a pan and saute them in extra virgin olive oil under a medium flame.

2. While the mushrooms and shallots are cooking, take another frying pan and cook the american style bacon under a medium flame untiil it turns nice and crispy.

3. Once the bacon and the mushroom-shallot mixture are cooked, leave them aside and slice up the french baguette roll into equal slices. Dab some extra virgin olive oil onto the top of the baguette slices and then place them in a broiler until the top portion of the slices turns a light golden brownish color.

4. Now that the mushrooms, shallots, and bacon are all done, they can be placed in layers on the baguette slices. First, slice up the cooked bacon and place it on the bruschetta. Follow this with a layer of the mushroom-shallot mixture and finally the microgreens.
